No, come as you are. Our no-judgment approach means we meet you wherever you are in your recovery journey.
Does CleanSlate provide treatment for other substance use disorders, like cannabis or stimulants?
Yes, alongside OUD and AUD, we offer treatment for addiction to other substances such as cannabis and stimulants.
What medications are used in CleanSlate's medication-assisted treatment?
CleanSlate Centers use FDA-approved medications such as Suboxone ® (buprenorphine/naloxone), Buprenorphine, Vivitrol® (naltrexone), and Brixadi™. We do not offer methadone treatment.
How often do I need to visit CleanSlate for treatment?

Yes, we offer withdrawal management as part of our treatment for opioid addiction. However, we cannot provide medical advice before you are seen by one of our providers. Does CleanSlate offer telehealth services for addiction treatment?

This option is available only to patients who have demonstrated clinical stability, consistent appointment attendance, and no longer require frequent in-person monitoring. Eligibility is determined by your provider. Telehealth appointments are typically scheduled once or twice per month and require access to a private space and video-capable device. Periodic in-person visits for lab work and assessments are still required. Telehealth is not available for new patients, as in-person care is essential in the early stages of treatment.
